Halo PC getting a gamespy master server error help

I was playing halo earlier in the morning and everything was fine, but i come back in the afternoon and i get this message

I don't know what to do i thought it was my trend anti virus firewall but i disabled that and i still got the error. I went to windows firewall to look if halo was checked under the exceptions tab and it was but its still not working any ideas i miss that game already :'(

 

I've had this same thing happen to me but I can still host internet games. I don't get what's with it.

 

Yeah WTH is happeneing???

They havent found a way to block pirated copies have they......:'(

 

I sure hope they haven't and if they have I'm gonna cry :'(

 

Turns out we can still play using direct ip.

Anyone have a fast enough internet connection?

If so make a game and post the game ip here

then we can join and play

 

I don't know whether that'll work though because I tried getting into games via direct ip but it failed

 

Wooooooot peoples it's back working again there must of just been some maintenance or something on the master server.
