requirement access time

    I'm looking for a DVD burner and I have come across a system requirement that I am not familiar with. Severeal items have access time requitements. What are these and how do I tell if my system is in complieance. I have a Dell 4600 with a Pentium 4 processor with 256 MB of Ram. Thanks for any help!

    Access time requirement refers to the hard drive in the PC.
    Find the specs for the hard drive and it should be less than the requirement.
