creative webcam opita help, no video showing

    hi i have jsut bought a creative webcam optia i have installed it all and put usb in ok i have tried to start the cam and it says inialtizing webcam then says video failed to show, anyone know the reason for this i looked on other sites and someone suggested it s something to do the a codec well i have k-lite video packif that helps and unsure which box to tick anyone know thankyou

    Try calling the company, exchanging the webcam or, if you have ObjectDock open, close it and try it.
