Pinnacle Studio 11 installation error

    Has anyone had problems installing Pinnacle Studio 11? I have tried installing the software several time but repeatedly get "initalization failed" error. Pinnacle are working on it but no luck yet. Any ideas anyone.

    Thanks, I've had a look athe FAQ but have had no luck. Pinnacle seem at a lost and quite franking, don't seem inclinded to help out. Not sure what to do next. Software was a was of money realy!.
