Ok, my computer freezes randomly. once or twice every 1 to 2 hours or even every 30 to 25 mins... When it freezes, the screen stays at the same extract point when it freezes, the mouse and the keyboard can't be used. The screen is just stuck there! if i'm watching a movie, or listen to a song, then the film/song will stuck there and keep repeting the same audio... Over and over.... how can i fix this? i have ran a system restore over 14 times... ran norton antivirius and my other virius programs... it does it at random times on any sites like gamefaqs.com or YouTube ... can anyone help it is annyoing!
it might be a hardware problem, possibly overheating. Check inside for dust in the fans etc, and clean them out.
