CAN'T CREATE AIM SCREEN NAME FOR 6 MONTHS!

I have been trying to create an AIM Screen name for one of my friends for, no joke, over 6 months. Everytime I create it it either says that the service is temporarily unavalable or that your request cannot be processed at this time. How Do I Create A Screen Name!!!!! This is getting VERY ANNOYING! I called AOL but their tech support was as good as a tape recorder, just reading words off a paper telling me that they cannot help me and I was to look on that AIM FAQ's. I NEED HELP!!!!!

I just wanted to create an AIM screen name, not an entire new AOL screen name.

WTF!!!!! Same error again!!!!!
"The service you are trying to reach is temporarily unavailable - please try your requestagain. - 20814"
Also, in the error message the words "Request" and "Again" don't have a space in the middle of them just like above "requestagain"
Could you try to create one for me? I will PM you what I want the Screen Name to be.

Ok, PM Me to start and I will send you the details. I did some research online and it says that AOL blocks your IP from creating a Screen name if you already have one.

to be honest i guess they closed this service for a while or we dont have this service here in Lebanon.
