About 7 months ago, I got a Sharp Aquos 32 inch LCD from HSN, because they had a flexpay option. It was $999, and I paid 200 per month for 5 months. You can probably find them cheaper now, as the prices are constantly dropping. I use my 32 inch mainly for my Xbox 360. In the next 6 months, I will be getting a Sharp Aquos 52 inch, for the main room. Right now, those are priced around $2400.

I found a Plasma TV that looks to be decent for just a hair over $1000. Its a Samsung 42-inch, on Amazon its $1,150 with free shipping.

However, here is a list, compiled by PC Magzine, of HDTVs under $1,000.

The "Best Editor Rated" HDTV is the "Vizio VP42 HDTV". I did a quick google search and found it at Wal-Mart for $998.

    Peace
