The best videocard value without being to bottlenecked

    Intel pentium D cpu 2.80 ghz
    2.0 gb ram

    Im thinking either an 8800 gts 320 or x1950 pro 512. My worry being that the 8800 is overkill... I'd like to play bioshock, sega rally revo, virtua tennis 3 smoothly on my 19 inch lcd.

    probably the 1900, that would be good. If you want a 8800, I think you should get a C2D to benifit from it.

    You may be able to play games smoothly, but your CPU is a bit weak. AN 8800GTX would be fine, but in reality you need to focus on getting a top-rate processor if you want top-rate graphics.
