Is my PC getting too hot???

    I have a 2.93 Celeron/4HD/1GB RAM (2 sticks)/ 2 DVD Burners/4 PCI Cards/Floppy/cold cathode/and 4 fans. My CPU temp idling is about 95F and my case temp is 85-90F. Is that too hot. I know the CPU isnt too hot but is the case temp too high? What can I do to cool it more?

    that's a whole 10 or 15 degrees above room temperature.
