Hi guys MY Tv picture is getting dark and red and green blinking lights are blinking. Its just dying. Its a Samsung DLP Projection Tv. I don't have much idea about DLP and LCD Tvs. The number on the Tv manual is BP96-001472A. The tech-person said he would take 450$ for service. I think its too expensive. What you guys think? How could I diagnose what actually has happened and what to do? Thanks in Advance
Problem: Three blinking lights I think the most common cause of this problem is a faulty lamp. If you have replaced the lamp, or otherwise have reason to believe that it is not the lamp, it may be the ballast (the thing that starts up the lamp). (approx $140-$180) Closest answer I could find you.
