Overall size after DVD-Rebuilder is larger than start size.

This is the first time that I have had problems but even after running it through several times it's always the same... The file size after DVD-Rebuilder is larger than that of the original. When I checked the DVD in Shrink it said the disk needed to come down by 98%. After DVD-Rebuilder Shrink said it had to come down by 87%. Can anyone suggest a solution that does not include a hammer? Thanks!

 

Is the target size set wrong in rebuilder?

 

I left it at the default size. It's worked many times before without any problems.
