Hello, i'm new here and i need some help. 1: How do i put n46 roms into the hard drive(yes, i know i could take out the HDD from the xbox but i wanna know if it is possible any other way. i have tried to copy them to a cd, but that didn't work. So i hope i could get some help from you guys. My English suck, so don't get mad on me because of that. Thanks.
You don't have to pull out the drive, you can do it only if you are having error codes or you want to upgrade your hard drive. You can FTP into the xbox to transfer anything you want from your pc without having to use cds. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/523607
FTP is definitely the best way, but if you tried to put the ROM's on a CD and then use the file explorer software in your hacked dashboard to transfer, then it probably didn’t work because most Xbox’s wont read CD's unless the cd-rom is modded, but if you were to place them on a DVD-R and try to transfer them, this can work. Granted everything is running ok with your system.
