MP4 video splitting help!!

    I's using YAMB to successfully split a 4.21GB HD video mp4 into two seperate parts. (I want to stream to my 360). However, no matter what sizes i split to, the first part never works, only the second part will stream or play from DVD. does anyone know why? any advice? other software that can work?
