Halo 2 Please Help!!

I downloaded halo 2 via torrent and when I try to run the game it says "The Ordinal 100 could not be located in the dynamic link library dwmapi.dll" what does this mean and what do I need to do to run the game? i've tried running it on both XP and Vista just to see if it made a difference but it didn't, and also for reference I do have the dwmapi.dll it mentioned, do I need to put it in a specific place? its all just been extracted from the zip downloaded

 

try reinstalling or redownloading from a dir torrent

Halo 2 is only a vista game, so dont try running it on xp...

Try downloading the torrent again. That usually fixes it.

Go to Google and search of the file viz missing. There must be a free site which gives this .dll file for free..and paste that file to
C:\WINDOWS\system32
Some games require files that are not provided even with DX setup. I work for me with Hitman:BM.Just try it.
