well , i know that there are alot of subjects regarding Xvid and all , but i never found anything to help me ... i have an XviD movie , and i wanted to change it to VCD . i have all the tools , and i'm perfectly sure that the sound isn't ac3 or ogg . it's mpeg 1 layer 3 something like that . so here's the problem , i used TMPGenc to change it into mpeg. and everything went smoothly with no errors. when it was done, i checked to see if everything was normal, but i realized that the sound in the beginning of the movie is perfect but at the middle of the movie , the sound becomes really bad . i was hoping someone could help me solve this ... i was thinking of changing the movie from XviD to DivX , though i might help , what do you think ? should i do that ?
XviD/DivX == video != audio so changing the codec wont help ya with audio problems.
