Problems with connecting to some eMule servers

Dear group:

I have tried a bunch of servers with eMule and I am getting the following message on most of them. I can only connect to a few.

"Warning eDonkeyServer No2 (83.149.104.123:4242) - No answer from your 6248 port. Please review your network config."

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
