KiSS 1600 alternative in US

Hello Friends,
I am sure many have this question.
KiSS 1600 has everything ( not HD-DVD or BD I was looking for) , but this player is only available in Europe.
Can somebody tell whether KiSS has released and DVD of same features set in USA with the corresponding model name ?
Or any other manufacturer which has these feature set in USA?
Features required:
- Network capabilities(wired or wireless)
- USB Mass storage (HDD support required)
- And all the media formats minux HD-DVD /Blue Ray.
