D-Rise D99i

Hey guys. I just bought the D-Rise D99i, also known as the cect or iphone clone. Everything works fine on the phone. Except the main thing, I have AT&T and the phone isn't picking up the service. It does a search and then says no service. Is there something I am supposed to enter, or unlock my sim card or something? Thanks.

Just to let you know that the D-Rise d99i is a duel band phone and not a triband which means that the phone will not work here is the states. I hope that this helps you
