I am very new and when i try to burn a image onto a dl dvd, i get this error during the writing lead-out step. I dont know much and i tried to use the other posts but i cant figure out what to do to get rid of this error. I'm using a Hp DVD writer 640c with QS12 f/w Someone plz help, i will post more data if needed to

The problem appears to be a media issue, it seems that the burner is having a problem with writing to it. Keep burning speed at 1/2 the rated speed of the media used and you should be ok. Cheers.
thx for your help but it seems like that JS04 is actually older, but i still tried using it, and no luck. It actually failed faster then it normally does(cant tell if thats good or bad) also i guess i need to get some different discs, but the problem is i bought a 50 pack of memorex DL DVD(feels so stupid for doing that) so im looking for a way to get passed this problem before i try to return them. thanks for your help, i found some fujifilm discs on sale and got them, and i able to burn with them now. but now my 360 doesnt play the disc but it plays the same disc someone else burned, but dont worry i posted help in another thread. anyways thanks to everyone that helped me out.
