Need to Update I guess.....(advice from experts)

So this is my problem. I have the software to back up my collection, but after restoring my hard drive I messed everything up. I have tried to put back on the programs I had, but it's obvious my settings are messed up or the software is outdated.

What I was wondering is if anyone knows of a guide link or instructions that are currrent and available (some of the links that I have tried the programs are no longer available examp. allinone installer /link posted below)
