mechanism control task error

    everytime i try n burn a cd using nero its gets to a few percent then fails and gives me a "mechanism control task error" the simulation works fine but when its get to actually burning it fails, please somebody help

    i forgot to mention it only happens when im burning mini 8cm cds *20mins / 185mb* :(

    What burner? Do you get those errors with other media?

    ricoh burner, n i tried this mornin to copy with the 8cm ones *no brand* n it did the error message, tried with some normal cds *sony* n the burn was fine

    Well in case you didnt realize Ricoh makes more than one model of burner. What burner do you have?
