Overclocking

    how do you overclock your cpu? I have amd Anthlon 64 3500+ can I oc it? (I dunno what you need to know but I also have a Ecs Nforce4m-a v3.0 motherboard, 1.5 gb ram,radeon x1600 PCI-e 512mb.I am going to be upgrading the processor soon to dual core but I wanna have some more fun with this one if I can ^^

    Yes, you can do it to both the video card, the processor, the ram, pretty much everything else. However, by judging how you asked the question, I take it that you don't know a lot about the subject, so I wouldn't recommend that you do it. Over clocking doesnt help a lot anyways... Only a tiny but if you want 5000 3dmark06 score and you're 20 points away, then you can over clock to achieve it.

    You would also have to purchase after maket cooling for whatever you'd be over clocking, because it adds a lot of extra heat.
