    Keep in mind I could replace the 2 8500;s with an 8800 GTS.

    Its an ok pc, dfinetly replace the graphics card with a 8800, also I'm not to sure how good the PSU is since it just says the rating. If you get a 8800, you'll need more than 450watt PSU to power everything.
