When I decode the dvix movie the sounds are about a second behind the lip movement..
When I watch as a dvix movie it is fine..
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

thanks, papaw

Perhaps the source video has a VBR audio and the encoder is having a problem with it.
I would check and use VirtualDubMod to fix the audio before conversion, but you might want to try the likes of AVI2DVD to convert the file instead.

Got some help on this subjeect before. The video may play fine on computer, but in fact may not be fine. Run the file through AVIMux GUI and see if that helps.
