Backing Up Meet the Robinsons

I've used CloneDVD and AnyDvd to back up my children's movies since my 3 year old has figured out how to use the DVD player. I made a backup of Meet the Robinsons but the only way it plays is w/ the commentary on. While the backup plays, I've gone into features and turned it off but that does not work. Is this a Disney thing as I haven't had this issue before? Is there a way to make a backup w/o the commentary? I've unclicked everything but the movie while using clone and that didn't help. Thanks!
