Pioneer 105 faster burning software

    I have a pioneer 105, it has the default firmware 1.30 which I do not want to upgrade as last time I upgraded the firmware it gave me lots of burnouts.

    What is the fastest software to burn for this on a regular 1x DVD-R?

    Nero takes me 1 hour
    Is their any other package that can offer me relaibilty and faster burning speeds than 1 hours on a 1x DVD-R.

    Other than trying DVD with higher burn speeds I think thats all youll get.

    1x Media will always take an hour to burn. Firmware updates will speed up the ripping portion but not the burning process.
