Pinnacle Studio 9 problems

I’m not quite sure if this is the correct forum, but I’m giving it a shot. I have a few older classic-type DVDs that were produced by Rhino. They were originally Black and White, but were colorized by Rhino. I want to rerecord my DVDs and convert them to back to Black and White for nostalgic purposes. Easy enough – I use Pinnacle Studio 9, import the DVD titles and then apply the B/W effect. But for some strange reason, the main menus get stripped out of my final project. They won’t even import to begin with. Has anyone ever had this and what can I do to correct it?

I'm also using AnyDVD. Could it be AnyDVD causing this?
