Fatal system error Error c00002a

    Hi guys,
    I just upgraded a new system pc while retaining my old Geforce 7600GT graphic card, sound card and harddisk. After I installed windows xp and enter into the startup menu, the whole screen hangs and a blue screen appears. I tried to restart several times and the same thing reappears. There are some codes on the blue screen that I do not understand. They are : Stop:c00002a Fatal system Error 0 X c0000005 ( 0 X 00000000 0 X 00000000). Can anyone help me on this?Thank you.

    Thats the Blue screen of death. You either installed Windows XP wrong, or something from you hardware is faulty.
