my phone fall down the toilet on friday...and then i dryed it up and wiped everything...lucky the phone still works but the only problem i have is the keys 1,4,7,* dont work anymore...and i went to the nokia place they said it voids the warranty....can anyone assist me... thankz
I spilt water on one of my old phones ages ago, i went and they said they wouldn't cover it (I told them what happened). So i went to a different branch and told them that i turned the phone off at night and turned it on the next morning it wasn't working properly when i turned it on. They said they would send it off and analyse it and if it turns out to be water damage then they would not repair it and they would charge me the postage costs. I got a call one day that said they had fixed it, and it was back in the shop...guess they just didnt realise that they shouldnt have. btw, make sure you back up everything you want off it as they format it in the process.
