help lost my setanta 1

any one help me lost my setanta 1 and rangers channel

 

If you are in Scotland you will find it on 419.000, in Liverpool it is on 299.000. If elsewhere please post your location, I presume you are on telepest.

 

yeah im with telewest dbox from scotland dundee

 

Delete Set**ta 1.Then just do a manual scan with 419.000 and it will appear at the end of your channel list.
