hello from portugal.. i have a samsung zv10, i inserted the reset to factory settings code, and now when i connect the phone , it shows phone freeze,contact operator.. and only let me do emergency calls.. can someone help?
you can only get this message when you played with wrong unlock codes.. is an security feature from samsung. what is your firmware version (check it by pressing *#1234#) of the phone.. if your firmware does not start with ZV10BU you can unlock and repair it via the samsung remote server, therefore you need the original samsung cable you got with the phone. you can find the server at http://www.UnlockSamsungOnline.nl
i try this 3rd (last) tutorial, and worked fine for me, unlocked the mobile, and erased the freeze problem... http://www.todosamsung.com/foros_samsung/viewtopic.php?t=3802 cost?? 0€..
