My Tevion 32 inch LCD TV is 2 months old and has been displaying digital artifacts or "blemishes" on the screen. The artifacts occur on all inputs, PC, DVD, normal TV, the artifacts also can cover large areas. The artifacts are normally blue or red and are particularly blockish. The pictures below illustrate the distortion but only on a small scale.
I honestly, don't know.....my advice is, since your tv is only 2 months old, it should still be covered under manufacturer warranty so I would give them a call and have them fix it.
I agree. Take the televison back. I know that with LCD screens this is not uncommon and they will only relpace or fix if there are over so many blemishes on the screen because they expect a few problems like this. If you read the manual or warranty info, it probably says what an acceptable level is. Those spots are are huge and certainly would fall within the limits of being fixed or replaced.
