Creating DVD Menus

I'm working on a project putting several small videos on one DVD. I want to create a menu where i will be able to select each video and start from it. How would i go about doing this.

Please forgive me if I am in the wrong section or there is a guide for the subject already. I am new.

 

If you have Nero Vision (AKA Nero Vision Express) you can do this when you create a DVD.
Each title (complete video) will default to a discrete menu item.

If you don't have Nero and the video files are in DVD format (ripped to the hard drive in a folder or separate MPEG files), then you can use DVD Styler to create the final DVD with menu.
