may be the os have problem hd format to ntfs if u have copy of operating system mey be not all the files copied
i tried 2 copy's of xp its the first time it ever done this i have installed one of the xp of the hd and now that i want to install it again it don't work
My advice is to download the demo of "paragon justboot corrector", burn the iso to a cd, and use the cd to bootup the computer. Now look at your system drive and verify that it has the correct drive letter. It should be c: drive. With windows xp, the drive letter has been known to get changed around causing the drive not to bootup. demo here http://www.justboot.us/boot_corrector.htm
