I am new to this and was wondering if it was possible to Soft Mod an Xbox without One of the games or Action Replay? I want to put a 120GB Seagate in it. What would I need and need to do?

Looks like it would be a lot easier to do it with Action Replay if I can find it rather than try and make a cable?
