Is that a yes or a no? Tutorials are more for people who are looking to see how something can be done rather than if it can be done. I would think that a PS2 emulation would have to be done in software and I would guess a 733Mhz P3 wouldn't have the juice. Then again, if there's a tutorial for something related I might be wrong.
@ forumuser Instead of having a whinge about my advice, why not actually have a look? As the original poster has already discovered, my tutorials not only help with problems, they answer all sorts of questions, for example, "Can an Xbox play PS2 games?"
