Cover Designer

Hi all. I'm making a DVD case insert using Nero Cover Designer (version 2.2), and what I want to do is save the insert design and take it to Kinko's and have them print it up. The problem is they don't have the Nero software. The guy I talked to told me to save it as a .jpg, but I have thus far been unable to figure out how to do this. The only way I can save it is in the proprietary .ncd format. Also, it saves the entire project (booklet, insert, and disk label), instead of just the insert. Any help would be appreciated.

Lood it into ACDsee or Paint, then save it as a jpeg.

Ok, maybe I'm just stupid (which is probably the case, knowing me), but how do I load it into either of those programs? It won't let me copy and paste the insert into ether program, I can't open the .ncd file into them because they don't support the format, and if I try to save it as a jpeg directly from Nero it produces a blank jpeg that nothing can open. Am I missing something really stupid and obvious?
