trouble flashing samsung drive

I am trying to flash my samsung ms25 with xtreme fw that has a hitachi key inserted in it. i am using mtkflash and booting from a floppy, when i run mtkflash if finds my Xtreme pri master, then i select that drive and it says "Port; ac00, Master/Slave: a0" then it just sits there. what do i need to do to get this to work?
