is it possible to save videos from the web to my pc? for example, save a youtube video on my hd and then burn it or w/e. or take a full episode from adultswim.com and save it to my pc.

If you're Firefox then it has extensions that helps you to download videos from youtube. I use DownloadHelper and it has worked OK with Youtube and allso some other sites.

Vixy.net is another opportunity. You just have to copy the address of that youtube video that you'd like to download and then add it here. Then press start and wait a few minutes while Vixy.net converts your video. When the convert is done, just press Yes, OK or something like that.

    Here's one more opportunity.

    And here too. :)
