any option that are at max $40? i want it quiet and cools better then stock? am i being to cheap with that 40 limit let me know!
There are good and better solutions for cooling top end or overclocked CPUs. You can get one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134 They cool far better than the stock cooler, but are just as noisy unless you use Speedfan to reduce the fan speed. On the other hand if you can spend a bit more, get one of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835109140 with this 120mm fan http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185005 This combination will work far better than either the stock cooler or the Freezer 7 Pro, and will be pretty much silent doing it, as well (25dB versus 40dB).
