I have a Nec Nd-1300a dvd/cd-rw and a LG cd drive. both of them seemed to work fine until I tried to play software on them. both drives will tell me that i need to insert a cd, even tho i have the cd in the drive and the software is already installed from the cd onto the computer with no problems. the dvd player plays and burns dvds fine. i used nero toolkit to check for any problems and it says everything is fine. i have ASPI 4.6. and its working fine too. im running XP Proffesional
