i need help badly..i got a virus on my computer but i cant get rid of it.

i scanned my whole computer and deleted all da viruses but dere is one left and i cant get rid of it..ppl please help me i think its some sort of spyware virus or trojan virus.

 

Hi, if your current anti-virus software isn't getting rid of the virus then you should try the on-line Microsoft one care scan. It gets rid of viruses spy ware and Trojans. Here's the link http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/center/howsafe.htm

I use windows defender now as anti-spyware, it's really good. You don't have to download windows defender but if you got this virus or spyware because of your current anti-spyware you should download it :

By the way, all of these products are free. If none of these things work then you should do a system restore to a date and an earlier date if that doesn't work before you had the virus.
