can i use nero to make a gc disc so i can just throw it into my gc

eg.can i download a torrent throw it on a disc and put that disc in my ps2 and play it. well i really want to know is can i some how make a mini dvd for gc then put on turok evolution torrent then burn it then put it in my gc so i can play it. yes i have the game but its been scratched and if no then how do i play a torrent on dolphin emu i tried using utorrent then after it waz downloaded i opened up the file then i went to dolphin emu and file open but it only shows up dolphin_1.3beta so i click that then three more foulders came up (data plugins help) i look in each thing can't find what i'm lookin for.so know i'm stuck and is there a differance beetween torrents and isos if there is where do i find isos i have checked the net for a long time

 

do you have a modchip in both the gamecube and ps2 if not no you cant
