cant finalize disk

    im trying to finalize my disk on a canon dc-100 and it wont let me does any one have any suggestions?

    Read the owners manual, and if you did that and still can't finalize the disc, contact Canon.

    On my cannon I have to have it plugged in for it to work.
    Also on mine I have to hit the function then flick the mode switch and finalize will be highlighted.
