Hello, just a quick question as to whether anyone knows if the swords area particulary the newer estates in swords(Holywell)is Chorus MMDS or Chorus Cable. I have a dbox2(Nokia) and can not get it to pick up any channels and just wondering if anyone else has and if so how did you do it? Also if it is Chorus MMDS what is the best box to use in this situation? Thanks
There is no chorus mmds in Swords. You can get either chorus cable or ntl mmds if UPC is in the game. If the estate management did a deal with magnet whatsoever you can forget your dbox.
HI Mgb, what do you mean about doing a deal with Magnet, how would this affect signal coming into the dbox2 and if it is NTL MMDS will the Dbox2 work or do i need another box? Thanks for your reply(only one)
If the estate management did a deal with Magnet, Cablewatch whatsoever such a firm deliver the TV signal and not UPC. A dbox2 is working with ntl mmds.
