I am really new to video editing. I am trying to make a recruiting video for colleges, on behalf of my Son. I have been videoing his games and then saving them to a disc on after loading them on a PC. I know that in order to get all the stuff on a DVD, the files have to be compressed. I have since bought an IMAC and am using OS X 10.4 on my IMAC. I put one of the discs in my IMAC and it said they weren't movie files. Can someone please tell me what I need to purchase so that I can edit a recruiting video for him? Please send your answer via the following email...thanks! Please help! email removed
