im having trouble with my truck stereo

    i have a prob im probely not in the right place for this but i dad a cb raido in my truck then i got a new one and went ti hook it up and when i did that i am hearing stuff inside my dashlike static or somthing like that i never heard stfff like that befor i have the power hooked up right to the fuse bokand the ground right to the dash so can any one help me
