How To Make WMP Play Flash flv/swf?

Hi,

I have WMP 11 and whenver I try to play a flash flv/swf file I get "Your Current security settings do not allow this to play".

I've tweaked various options under security but continue having this error.

Can someone give me a step by step explanation of how to get flash swf/flv to play on WMP 11?

For WMP it requires two additional support programs be installed (both can be uninstalled) - it's easier to use 'VLC'
