normaly this is caused when the phones imei and the phones Bluetooth ID are not correct, please check the imei number under the battery and verify it with the imei number in the software (press *#06# on the phone) make sure they are the same. please post back the results here

no this is correct, maybe the bluetooth id is changed if you don't have any important data on the phone press *2767*2878# for a custom reset
thats the correct one, so it seems it's an hardware failure, and not an software problem. only solution is to bring it to an samsung service centre, but this phone is an older model, so i think the repair price will be higher than the price of the phone..
