Could anyone help me!! My daughter has an Ipod nano 3g so I use videora ipod converter. They recommend using dvd decrypter to add dvds to her ipod. But when I follow instructions and then convert it it goes on to itunes but their is no volume. I have tried it on a few different dvds so they are not the problem. What am I doing wrong.

when ripping videos with dvd decrypter you gotta make sure, you dont unclick the audio, i will add a video guide on how to rip videos with dvd decrypter. when you open dvd decrypter and click on ifo when it open up theres 2 taps click on stream processing and click or unclick the language you want. check the pic.
